Lost Ark is an upcoming (Western release, at least) MMORPG featuring isometric action combat (think Diablo). Check out a couple of videos from the Lost Ark closed beta, including their character creator and the full prologue / introduction of the game. Find both videos after the break.
The character creation is fairly in depth, but isn’t the most detailed that I’ve seen. For me, it offers a nice scope of customization and personalization without becoming overwhelming. It’s easy to make a good looking character, and you can spend some more time making someone unique.
The introduction for this MMORPG serves it’s purpose. Lost Ark isn’t reinventing the wheel over their intro, it offers a glimpse into the world, character motivation, and basic game UI and functionality. This video will give you a small idea of how the game plays, from combat to storytelling style.
